After the crazy awesomeness of February, Raging Swan launches its March blitzkrieg this week! It’s Raging Swan’s second birthday in March and we are launching Shadowed Keep on the Borderlands in a few weeks time to celebrate. In the meantime, this week we are releasing Iconic Characters in two versions free and paid. The free version contains only the stat blocks while the paid version contains the stat blocks and extensive roleplaying notes for each character. Handy for players needing a new character quickly and GMs who need a rival group of adventurers (or just a well-developed NPC) I’m hoping people like them!

As I said earlier, it’s my second anniversary and so I get to do my annual State of the Swan review. That should be up in a few weeks and this week I’m going to be crunching some numbers to get some insight into how Raging Swan’s performance has changed since last year.

My major job this week is to layout and complete my first edit on Duergar of the Obsidian Citadel, the latest instalment in the TRIBES line.

I also have to upload a new web enhancement for Random Hill Encounters – the one features a bonus encounter to use in your games!

Work also continues on Shadowed Keep on the Borderlands – or more accurately additional material for the adventure. I’m starting work on the various web enhancements this week. The first is a group of rival adventurers the PCs may encounter during their explorations. The idea for the second web enhancement came to me while chatting with one of the people reviewing the adventure. I’m plotting and planning a timeline of events the GM can use to make the locale really come to life; events like the goblins attacking the bandit’s lair undercover of darkness, some of the bandits going to explore the ruined donjon and such like. To be fair, I’m very tempted to actually include this in the module itself – I just have to figure out if I have the space or not!

And that’s it – have a great week everyone!
